Founded in 1962 by Mr. Devchand Dedhia, the company began its journey with a strong focus on supplying quality lathe machines to the engineering industry. Built on principles of trust, reliability, and long-term relationships, the foundation laid during those early years continues to guide the company today.

The legacy was proudly carried forward by Mr. Kalpesh Dedhia, whose dedication and vision significantly strengthened the business and expanded its presence in the machinery market. Alongside this growth, Sudha, a hardworking and committed employee, has also played a valuable role in supporting the company’s operations and contributing to its continued success. Under his leadership, the company not only continued its commitment to quality machinery and dependable service but also diversified into new ventures.

He also established the sister concern Kirti Machine Tools, further strengthening the company’s presence in the machine tools sector. In addition, he successfully expanded into the travels and tourism industry through Good Luck Travels, demonstrating a spirit of entrepreneurship and growth beyond the engineering field.

Today, the next generation, Neil Dedhia, aims to carry this legacy forward by building upon the strong foundation created by the previous generations. What began with lathe machines has now expanded to include a wide range of industrial machinery and machine tool accessories. Looking ahead, the company is focused on further growth, with plans to expand into CNC machines and other advanced manufacturing sectors, continuing the tradition of reliability, innovation, and service to the engineering industry.
